These terms govern your use of FindMe (https://findmeinvideo.com), provided by FindMe. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and tell us about unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not break the law, infringe rights, upload malware, attempt to access other accounts or data, overload the service, or resell it without permission.

Payments

Paid plans are sold through Paddle, our merchant of record. Prices, taxes and billing intervals are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Refunds follow our refund policy.

Your content and our service

You keep ownership of content you submit and grant us the rights needed to operate the service. We own the service, its software and branding.

Availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep the service available but provide it "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law, and may change or discontinue features.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
