How billing works
Exports are free
Scans spend credits; exports, reordering and re-using a saved analysis are free.
Refunds are automatic
Failed scans are refunded in full. Cancelling before a scan starts is refunded in full; after it starts, the per-person part is refunded.
How long credits last
Plan credits expire one billing period after they are granted (one month of rollover). Pack credits last 12 months.
Free credits to start
New accounts start with 30 free credits (valid 90 days).
